This database comprises the mailing lists of selected travel agencies. These lists are made up of individuals who regularly buy air tickets+hotel vouchers+tour vouchers. After the initial purchase, their names were input into customer databases, which the travel agencies use each time they promote offers such as special air fares to certain destinations, special hotel rates, or combinations of both. Approximately 65% of the packages purchased are for holidays. The amount of money involved per transaction can vary over a wide range: from USD 500 for a package made up of a short haul round trip flight+short stay in a hotel+day tours, to USD 6000 for a long haul round trip flight+several short haul flights+several all-meal inclusive excursions.
