The names of these people originally came from databases of casino patrons and responders to lottery and sweepstakes mailers. Offers involving access to gambling sites were sent to them, and those who responded positively were entered into this new database. All of these names have available email addresses. However, only the email addresses of those who have not opted out to-date from receiving unsolicited offers are available for release. Only mailing addresses may be released to unsolicited offers.
